Depue, Attorney at aw, Trustee, <br />and is th reference to Deed of Trust wherein Sharon R. Graves is <br />Beneficiary, and Tara Jacobo and Moises Jacobo, wife and husband, <br />are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on October 29, 2002, and <br />identified as Document No. 0200211806, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The Easterly One Hundred Eleven (111) Feet of Lots Sixteen <br />(16) and Eighteen (18), Block Thirteen (13), Scarf fIs Addition <br />to Westlawn, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above -- described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertain' g. <br />GAG <br />RONALD S.
