<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of 'Trust executed by TOMMY
<br />L. UMMEL, JR. AND CARY UMMEL, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 15, 2005, and recorded April 15, 2005
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No
<br />0200503349, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"THE SOUTH FORTY SIX FEET (S46') OF LOT TWO (2) AND THE NORTH TWENTY

<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
