<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, Central Bank, Central City, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of I�`
<br />Central Bank, Central City, Nebraska, as Beneficiary in consideration of the payment of
<br />the indebtedness secured by the Deed(s) of Trust executed by Margaret R. Kennedy and
<br />William T. Kennedy, wife & husband; and Central City Monument Company, Inc. (borrowers)
<br />as Trustor(s), to Central Bank, Central City, Nebraska, as Trustee, which Deed(s) of
<br />Trust is /are recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Merrick & Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book 107 Pg 780 (Merrick) and Document #93- 105918 (Hall) respectively
<br />of Mortgages, and the said Beneficiary, having requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by it's endorsement below, does by
<br />these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate transferred, assigned and conveyed to said Trustee by
<br />or through said Deed(s) of Trust in and to the following described premises:
