DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated February 27, 2004, and filed February 27,
<br />2004, as Instrument Number 0200401759, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Richard Baasch
<br />and Arlene Baasch as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as
<br />original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and
<br />the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />THE EAST HALF OF LOT 8 AND THE WEST HALF OF LOT 9 BLOCK SIXTY ONE, WHEELER AND BENNETT'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED
<br />PLAT THEREOF.
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
