THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />William M. Heise and Peggy J. Heise, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to Heritage Bank, <br />Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named herein, dated September 30, <br />2004 and recorded.
