<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT
<br />#0099109228 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; AND A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION
<br />AGREEMENT DATED MAY 13, 2002 AND RECORDED MAY 28, 2002 AS DOC # 0200205616;
<br />AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 12, 2002 AND RECORDED
<br />NOVEMBER 22, 2002 AS DOC # 0200212980;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN SOUTHERN ACRES, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY
