<br />R� The undersigned hereby sell, assign and convey unto Security First Bank,
<br />Cozad, Nebraska, all of their right, title and interest in, and to a certain Lease
<br />Agreement dated June 14, 2005, between Kuester Lake, Inc., Lessor and the
<br />undersigned, Kent C. Orr and Dianna L. Orr, husband and wife, Lessees, upon the
<br />following described property:
<br />Lot Twenty (20) on the West side of the West portion of Kuester Lake
<br />located in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1 /4) of Section 13,
<br />in Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, NE.
<br />This Assignment is made to permit Beneficiary to obtain a suitable substitute
<br />lessee of said lot, and purchaser of the improvements at foreclosure sale, in the event
<br />of a default of the undersigned on the chattel mortgage or security agreement
<br />securing a loan of $75,000.00 made to-the undersigned, by said assignee, upon lot
<br />improvements listed in the security agreement granted by the undersigned to said
<br />assignee of this date.
<br />The undersigned do not claim nor by this Assignment do they convey any
<br />interest in real property owned by Kuester Lake, Inc., except their rights as a tenant
<br />and lessee of which rights are contained in the Lease Agreement. It is specifically
<br />understood that said Lease Agreement is subject to Rules and Regulations adopted
<br />by Kuester Lake, Inc., from time to time as well as Rules and Regulations issued by
<br />the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and other federal and state agencies
<br />having jurisdiction over the activities of Kuester Lake, Inc.
