THIS ADDENDUM TO REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT is incorporat-
<br />ed as a counter offer by Donald D. Mehring and Marilyn J. Mehring,
<br />husband and wife, to the offer received from Keith A. Fischer and
<br />Jane A. Fischer, husband and wife, dated June 16, 2004, for the
<br />property located at 3815 West Old Potash Highway, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, legally described as Lot Ten (10), Westgate Sixth
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />( "the Property ").
<br />1. Buyers' access to the Property shall be directly from Old
<br />Potash Highway and shall not be across Seller's retained adjacent
<br />real estate described as Lot Two (2), Westgate Eighth Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. The Easement Agreement filed as Document No. 200309123 in
<br />the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds and attached hereto
<br />as Exhibit 1 shall remain in full force and effect for the benefit
<br />of Seller's retained real estate, except that Buyer shall maintain
<br />the parking lot in its current condition at Buyer's expense, and
<br />the deed from Seller to Buyer for the Property shall specifically
<br />reserve said easement for the benefit of Seller, his successors in
<br />interest, and assigns.
