WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated November 22, 2004, executed by Mark J Stauss a married person and Tracy Stauss,
<br />his spouse, „ in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument No.
<br />0200411451 on the 29th day of November, 2004, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />THE NORTHERLY SEVENTY SIX (76) FEET OF THE WESTERLY ONE FOURTH (W 1/4) OF THE
<br />NORTHERLY ONE HALF (N 1/2) OF BLOCK TEN (10) IN WINDOLPH'S ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA BEING WHAT WOULD BE LOT FOUR (4) IN SAID
<br />BLOCK IF LAID OUT IN LOTS AS OTHER BLOCKS IN SAID ADDITION.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
