<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by FARBER INVESTMENT LLC , as trustor,,
<br />to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated AUGUST 12, 2004,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br />0200408215, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
