<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
<br />WHEREAS, COHAGEN TRANSFER & STORAGE CO., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION,
<br />Trustor, executed and delivered said Deed of Trust to First National
<br />Bank, trustee, for the benefit of First National Bank, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the 2OTH DAY Of NOVEMBER, 1998, and recorded the
<br />7th Day Of DECEMBER, 1998, In Instrument Number 98- 111999, by Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, thereof, and wherein said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of note paid in full and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in
<br />the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT 6 AND THE N 1/2 OF LOT 7, MEHRING AND GIESENHAGEN SECOND
<br />SUBDIVISION, A REPLAT OF LOT 2 IN MEHRING AND GIESENHAGEN
<br />SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
