GREGORY L. GALLES has been <br />appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL <br />ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filled for record in the Register of Deeds Office of <br />Hall (County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 9, John Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment <br />payments due under the Deed of Trust with a total current amount due and owing of $4,251.84. In addition, <br />Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee, GREGORY L.
