<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Timothy C.
<br />Plate, a single person as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of December 5, 2002, and recorded on December 11,
<br />2002, as Instrument No. 0200213773 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, without any warranty, all of Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request
<br />of the Beneficiary under said deed of trust.
<br />Property:
<br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Nelsen Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />therefrom a tract of land conveyed to the State of Nebraska by Quitclaim Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 85- 000078.
