DEED OF TRUST <br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 15th day of September, 2004, by and among Douglas <br />A. Gatto and Rebecca S. Gatto, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Trustor ", whoseo <br />mailing address is 614 Roush Lane, Grand Island, Nebraska; GALEN E.
