PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Construction Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Jonathan M. Smith and Melanie A. Smith, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS
<br />FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of February 23, 2004, and
<br />recorded on March 3, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200401957 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in
<br />and to the real property described in said partial Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed
<br />at the request of the Beneficiary under said partial Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: Lot Six (6), in Block Ninety -Nine (99) of Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
<br />of July 7, 2005.
