<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by CINDY A
<br />GORDON and LAURANCE S GORDON III, WIFE AND HUSBAND to TierOne Bank, successor to
<br />United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated June 3, 1998, and recorded June 10,
<br />1998 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No. 98-
<br />105554, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5) IN YOST SUBDIVISION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRANTS ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA"
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
