<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement executed by Vincent M. Mendez and Rachel G. Mendez, Husband
<br />and Wife, Trustor to John A. Wolf, Trustee, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />N.A. FKA The First National Bank of Grand Island, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated May 11, 1983 and recorded May 13, 1983, as Instrument #83- 002390 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Lot 7, Block F, MacColl Leflang's Second Edition to the Village of
<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
