<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Mark D
<br />Hemmingsen and Sharon A Hemmingsen, husband and wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated August 11, 2004, and recorded August 13,
<br />2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No
<br />0200408052, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
