Stat. §76 -201): <br />A tract of land located in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />17, Township 9 North, Range 12, West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: the place of beginning being <br />the South Quarter Corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 17, Township 9 <br />North, Range 12 West; thence westerly on and along the south line of said <br />Section 17 a distance of 300.0 feet; thence with a deflection angle to the right <br />o(- 90 000' a distance of 670.0 feet; thence right 90 000' and parallel to the south line of <br />said Section 17 a distance of 325.0 feet; thence right 90 000' and parallel to the <br />west line of said tract a distance of 670.0 feet to a point on the south line of said <br />Section 17; thence westerly on and along said south line a distance of 25.0 feet to <br />the place of beginning.
