<br />Faith A. Garcia, a single person, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Grantor," in .S- .Sv
<br />consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), do quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell
<br />convey and. confirm unto Robert Garcia, hereinafter collectively referred to as
<br />"Grantee," the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76 -201):
<br />A tract of land located in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
<br />17, Township 9 North, Range 12, West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: the place of beginning being
<br />the South Quarter Corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 17, Township 9
<br />North, Range 12 West; thence westerly on and along the south line of said
<br />Section 17 a distance of 300.0 feet; thence with a deflection angle to the right
<br />o(- 90 000' a distance of 670.0 feet; thence right 90 000' and parallel to the south line of
<br />said Section 17 a distance of 325.0 feet; thence right 90 000' and parallel to the
<br />west line of said tract a distance of 670.0 feet to a point on the south line of said
<br />Section 17; thence westerly on and along said south line a distance of 25.0 feet to
<br />the place of beginning. Containing 5.00 acres, more or less, of which 0.246 acres,
<br />more or less, are presently used for public road purposes.
<br />To have and to hold the above desribed premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
