8. Rules and Regulations. The Board of Directors of Bellamy's Subdivision <br />Homeowners Association, Inc., and the Architectural Committee reserve the right to make <br />additional rules and regulations. <br />9. Persons Subject to Restrictions; Modifications. These covenants, <br />restrictions, and conditions are to run with the land and shall be binding upon all persons <br />and all parties claiming ownership of Lots for a term of ten (10) years from the date this <br />Agreement is recorded, after which time it shall be automatically extended for successive <br />periods of ten (10) years. This Agreement may be amended or a variance granted during <br />the first ten (10) year period by an instrument signed by at least seventy percent (70 %) of <br />the Class A Members, and one hundred percent (100 %) of the Class B Members, and <br />thereafter by an instrument signed by at least fifty percent (50 %) of Class A Members and <br />one hundred percent (100 %) of the Class B Members.
