<br />Eric H. Lindquist as Original Trustee,
<br />filed for record on 08/23/1993 and recorded, Document No. 93 107173 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of the County of Hall, Nebraska, in consideration of performance in full by the said Trustor of all
<br />obligations imposed by the said Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said
<br />Trustor the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />LOT ONE (1). IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN COUN`W CLUB SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />HEREBY CANCELING AND SATISFYING SAID DEED OF TRUST.
<br />Such Reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not
<br />imposed upon said property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of
<br />record the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
