<br />This Indenture made this 13 day of S Q -, _ , 2005, between
<br />William G. Tollefson, Trustee of The Nona Tollefson Trust dated April 9, 1996 (and amended
<br />August 2, 2002), Grantor, and Sanoa Hensley, Grantee.
<br />Pursuant to the terms of said Trust Grantor hereby grants, conveys, releases and forever
<br />quitclaims unto Grantee, and to her heirs and assigns forever, all of The Nona Tollefson Trust's
<br />right, title, interest, estate, claim and demand, both at law and in equity, of, in, and to the
<br />following described real estate, situated in Hall County and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13, Block 30, Highland Park, an& Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging; to have
<br />and to hold the above described premises unto the said Sanoa Hensley's heirs and assigns.
