<br />HELEN A. TRACY AND HOWARD E. TRACY, wife and husband, each
<br />in her and his own right and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
<br />DOLLAR ($1.00) received from Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto HELEN A. TRACY, TRUSTEE, the following
<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Parcel 1: Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block One Hundred
<br />Two (102), Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel 2: Suite 2803 in Pinewood Condominium in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantee
<br />and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized
<br />of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except
<br />easements and restrictions of record; and that we have good right
<br />and lawful authority to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to
<br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby
<br />relinquish all right, title, claim and interest in and to the
<br />above described premises.
