<br />Meredyth Spier Peters Osborn, An Unremarreid Widow, GRANTOR,

<br />now located and constructed

<br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), and Five (5), Block One (1), H.
<br />Bremers Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />GRANTOR covenants jointly and severally, if more than one with
<br />GRANTEE that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of such real estate and that
<br />it is free from encumbrances except any ease= ments, covenants,
<br />restrictions, conditions, and encroachments of record; GRANTOR has
<br />legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and GRANTOR
<br />warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims
<br />of all persons.
