<br />SUBDIVISION ", in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a plat thereof being on record
<br />at the Register of Deeds Office located in the Hall County Administration Building.
<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of "NORTHVIEW FIRST
<br />SUBDIVISION ", in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and has discovered an error
<br />on the 60' Drainage Right -of -way, Register ofDeeds Instrument Number (written in numerical form).
<br />4. Affiant further states that the Register of Deeds Instrument Number, shall now read Inst. #84-
<br />004886, in lieu of Inst. #84- 0048886, as now shown on a plat, this number being erroneous, null
<br />and void.
