<br />The undersigned, Hastings Ventures L.L.C., a limited liability company, hereinafter
<br />called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the Southesat
<br />Quarter (W 1/2, SE /4) of Section 2, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6t' P.M., in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 2, Woodland
<br />Park Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, said point also being the point of beginning; thence on an
<br />assumed bearing of N00 °07' 17"E along and upon the east line of
<br />Woodland Park Second Subdivision a distance of 145.00 feet to the
<br />northeast corner of said Lot 5, Block 2, said point also being on the
<br />south right -of -way (R.O.W.) line of Iowa Avenue; thence
<br />N00 °07'47 "E a distance of 185.00 feet to the northeast corner of said
<br />Woodland Park Second Subdivision, said point also being the
<br />southeast corner of Woodland Park First Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence continuing N00 °07'47 "E
