<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated September 4, 1998, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 98- 108763 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
