<br />McMullen and Lori Ann McMullen as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated October 23, 1999, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument
<br />Number 99 110403 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
<br />Book Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
