<br />and Kristin J. Allison -Kosch as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated February 24, 1998, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument
<br />Number 98- 101572 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
<br />Book Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
