<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Daniel A
<br />Wenzl and Joy Wenzl, husband and wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by
<br />merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 28, 2005, and recorded April 4, 2005 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in 0200502931, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"Lot Eleven (11), Block Fourteen (14), Scarffs Addition to Westlawn Subdivision, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska."
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
