<br />relationship is a person who has statutory entitlement or election with respect to property
<br />pursuant to the Nebraska Probate Code, and is an heir, devisee, beneficiary, grantee or surviving
<br />joint tenant of the Decedent.
<br />3. The undersigned declares that this Renunciation is an irrevocable and unqualified refusal
<br />to accept in whole or in part, a specific asset or assets or interest as beneficiary or surviving joint
<br />tenant, described as follows:
<br />The Northerly Fifty Feet (N 50') of Lot Eight (8), in Block One Hundred Twenty -
<br />Four (124), in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />4. The undersigned has made this Renunciation under the provisions of the Nebraska
<br />Probate Code Section 30 -2352 and under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, Section
<br />2518. The undersigned has not accepted any interest or benefit in, dominion over, and has not
<br />assigned, transferred nor waived the right to renounce the disclaimed property nor has such
<br />property been sold or disposed of pursuant to judicia70a
