<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />That Grantors, Glen Gascho and Delores Gascho, husband and wife, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to Ricky A. Leth and Janice L. Leth,
<br />husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants
<br />in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201)

<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
