DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 29, 1993 executed by Cooney Properties, Inc, a <br />Nebraska Corporation, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #93- 102681, on the 9th day of April, 1993, and an <br />Extension Agreement for Deed of Trust dated April 1, 1998 and recorded as document 98- <br />103244, on the 8t" day of April, 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />WEST ONE HALF (1/2) LOT FIVE (5) BLOCK NINE (9) ORIGINAL TOWN OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />LOT SIX (6) BLOCK ONE HUNDRED TWENTY -FIVE (125) UNION PACIFIC <br />RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />THE SOUTHERLY FIFTY -TWO (S52) FEET OF LOT ONE (1) IN BLOCK EIGHT (8), <br />ORIGINAL TOWN OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />at <br />S WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />raska, this 8th day of June, 2005. <br />r <br />• <br />• s <br />/� 'ri� <br />i" •- �....... - -•� SSA r <br />AND, F <br />STATE OF'NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TR EE <br />By: Tim A.
