<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 21, 1996 executed by Cooney Properties, Inc & Roland E
<br />Reynolds, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />recorded as Document #96- 104898, on the 24th day of June, 1996, and a Modification of
<br />Deed of Trust dated May 16, 2002 and recorded as Document 0200205358 on the 20th day of
<br />May, 2002 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE NORTH SIXTY FOUR (64) FEET OF LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK TWENTY SEVEN
<br />(27), ORIGINAL TOWN, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />WEST ONE -HALF (1/2 LOT FIVE (5) BLOCK NINE (9) ORIGINAL TOWN OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />THE SOUTHERLY FIFTY -TWO (S52) FEET OF LOT ONE (1) IN BLOCK EIGHT (8),
<br />ORIGINAL TOWN OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />LOT ONE (1) IN BLOCK SEVENTY (70), IN WHEELER AND BENNETT'S SECOND
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
