<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,

<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 23, 2002 executed by Cooney Properties Inc, A
<br />Nebraska Corporation, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200214521, on the 27th day of December,
<br />2002, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Parcel 1: THE EASTERLY ONE -HALF (E1 /2) OF LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK ONE
<br />HUNDRED TWENTY -SIX (126), IN KOENIG AND WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Parcel 3: THE SOUTHERLY FIFTY AND FIVE TENTHS (50.5) FEET OF LOT ONE
<br />(1), IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED THIRTY -SIX (136), IN UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY
<br />COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
