<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 15, 2001 executed by Roland E Reynolds and Luella
<br />M Reynolds, Husband and Wife, and Cooney Properties Inc„ in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200110908, on the
<br />29th day of October, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11) IN HIDDEN LAKES SUBDIVISION NO. TWO (2), BEING A PART
<br />OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (SE1 /4NE1/4), AND
<br />PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST
<br />QUARTER (N1/2NE1/4SE1/4) OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11)
<br />NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
