THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by NSH, LI.C,
<br />A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger),
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 23, 2005, and recorded May 24, 2005 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No. 0200504668, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
