DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among AARON J, r*n
<br />SEMM AND MELINDA SEMM, husband and wife, "Crustor, and Central National Bank as 7_
<br />Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated July 14, 2003, and recorded on July 31, 2003,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in flall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />200309915 has been paid; and
<br />WI-1F,REAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of 'Crust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of "Crust in the following described property:
<br />LOT TWENTY (20), JEFFREY OAKS EIGHTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
