<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DANIEL A
<br />WENZL; AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by
<br />merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated August 29, 2003, and recorded September 4, 2003 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as records as Instrument No.

<br />executed and delivered.
