KRAMER <br />This Rider is made JUNE 8, 2005 and is incorporated into and deemed to <br />amend and supplement the Security Instrument (deed of trust, warranty deed, mortgage, etc.) of the same <br />date. <br />The property covered by this addendum is described in the security instrument and located at: <br />1717 ALLEN COURT, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA 68803 <br />AMENDED PROVISIONS <br />In addition to the provisions and agreements made in the Security Instrument, I /we further covenant <br />and agree as follows: <br />BORROWER'S RIGHT TO PREPAY <br />I/We have the right to make payments of principal at any time before they are due. A prepayment <br />of the entire unpaid principal is known as a full prepayment. A full prepayment of only part of the unpaid <br />principal is known as a partial prepayment. <br />Except as provided below, I may make a full or partial prepayment at any time. <br />PENALTY UPON FULL OR PARTIAL PREPAYMENT <br />If, within the first 2 4 month(s) of the date of this Note I /we make full or partial prepayment <br />in any 12 month period of more than 2 0 . 0 0 0 % of the original principal loan amount, the Note <br />Holder may collect a penalty. That penalty will be equal to <br />Month Number Percentage of Penal <br />1 -12 . 2% <br />13 -24 10 <br />of the amount of the prepayment, which is more than 20-000 % of the original principal loan <br />amount, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
