<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Randy R.
<br />Eickhoff and Lisa A. Eickhoff; Husband and Wife ( "Trustor "); to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 14, 2002, and recorded May 17, 2002 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No.
<br />0200205289, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"The West Fifty Six (56) feet of Lots Seventeen (17) and Nineteen (19), in Block Twenty -Five
<br />(25), of College Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, i-Iall County,
<br />Nebraska."
