<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all-,,of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Dag B A
<br />Hellsten and Pamela J Hellsten to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger),
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, dated September 25, 1998 and December 12, 2000, and recorded September 25,
<br />1998 and December 18, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered
<br />in records as Instruments No. 98- 109342 and 0200010910, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does
<br />hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"The Southerly Sixty -one (61) feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Eight (8), Original Town, now City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska."
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
