<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 24, 1999 executed by Christian E Paulsen and Bette J
<br />o Paulsen, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #99- 103093, on the 25th day of March, 1999, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />P � of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />rn LOT SEVEN (7), AND PART OF LOT SIX (6), MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
<br />.� AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT SIX (6),
<br />n RUNNING THENCE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION 45 FEET; THENCE AT RIGHT
<br />AND RUNNING NORTH TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT SIX (6), THENCE AT
<br />RIGHT ANGLES AND RUNNING EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE O FSAID LOT
<br />SIX (6), 25 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT SIX (6); THENCE
<br />IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT SIX (6),
<br />126.4 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, ALL BEING IN BLOCK SIX (6), IN
<br />MEVES FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
