<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record April 12, 2005 as
<br />Instrument No. 200503224 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which Notice of Default refers to the trust deed executed by Larry R. Heil and Helen J. Heil,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island is named Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law as Trustee and filed for record
<br />December 28, 2001 as Instrument No. 200113456, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska upon the following described property to -wit:
