<br />1. He is the duly appointed and acting Credit Manager of Bosselman Energy, Inc., a
<br />Nebraska corporation and as said Credit Manager verifies this account in writing for and on
<br />behalf of said corporation.
<br />2. Bosselman Energy, Inc., by and through its duly authorized representative, entered
<br />into a contract with CSC, Inc., a Utah corporation, to provide materials used in the course of
<br />construction of a commercial retail building upon the real estate hereinafter described and the
<br />contract price of materials furnished and used for the operation of machinery or equipment used
<br />in the course of construction of improvements upon such real estate by Bosselman Energy, Inc.
<br />totaled Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty -Three and 11 /100 Dollars ($6,753.11).
<br />3. Said CSC, Inc. entered into this contract as a subcontractor to the general contractor,
<br />Weis Builders, for and on behalf of Wal -Mart Real Estate Business Trust, a Delaware statutory
<br />trust.
<br />4. The materials were provided in respect to that real estate located at Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, legally described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Menard Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
