Bosselman Energy, Inc., by and through its duly authorized representative, entered <br />into a contract with CSC, Inc., a Utah corporation, to provide materials used in the course of <br />construction of a commercial retail building upon the real estate hereinafter described and the <br />contract price of materials furnished and used for the operation of machinery or equipment used <br />in the course of construction of improvements upon such real estate by Bosselman Energy, Inc. <br />totaled Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty -Three and 11 /100 Dollars ($6,753.11). <br />3. Said CSC, Inc. entered into this contract as a subcontractor to the general contractor, <br />Weis Builders, for and on behalf of Wal -Mart Real Estate Business Trust, a Delaware statutory <br />trust. <br />4.
