<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed dated April 25, 2001 and recorded
<br />on June 1, 2001, as Instrument No. 0200105174, Mortgage Records of Hall County in the State of
<br />Nebraska by Gerard Lundgren and Kelly Lundgren, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which U.S. Bank
<br />National Association ND, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's
<br />failure to make monthly payments as they become due. You are hereby notified that because of such default
<br />the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as of May 11, 2005, and further notified that
