<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated December 4, 2001 and executed by Joy Ann Romsa, Trustee of the Romsa Revocable
<br />Family Trust, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument 0200112784 in the Register of Deed's
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska dated December 13, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a U`
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Condominium Unit No. 404, The Yancey, a Condominium, A Condominium. in
<br />Accordance with the Declaration recorded on October 17, 1984, under Document No.
<br />84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, Records
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 16t" day of June, 2005.
