<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 2 0 0 5 0) 5 0 1
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />TIMOTHY DENMAN and WENDY DENMAN, Husband and Wife, to Arend R. Baack,
<br />Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of AGRICULTURAL SERVICES, INC., a Nebraska
<br />corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 16, 2003, and recorded December
<br />30, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />200316584, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1 /2NW1 /4) of Section Thirty (30),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Excep that tract conveyed to the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, by
<br />Deed recorded in Book 125, Page 551 and Excepting therefrom tracts of land
<br />more particularly described in Plat recorded as Document No. 92- 107345 and
<br />Return of Appraisers recorded as Document No. 92- 109950;
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
