<br />LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WARRANTY DEED
<br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, for and in consideration of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.00), receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey to GRAND ISLAND COUNTRY
<br />MEADOWS, L.L.C, A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Twelve (12) and Fourteen (14), in Country Meadows Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the
<br />estate, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any part
<br />thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except as
<br />stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
