C _ M, <br />W <br />C.::) <br />rQ <br />v <br />.:� <br />C n rr <br />..� <br />� <br />cnr <br />mom; <br />" <br />'cj <br />cn �� <br />ry <br />c�a <br />200505445 <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />PAUL E FRETTE AND SANDY K FRETTE, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R MACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated MARCH 17 2000 and recorded MARCH 28 2000 in <br />DOCUMENT # 0200002365 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed <br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />PARCEL TWO: LOT SIX (6), BLOCK THREE (3), DALE ROUSH SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALT, <br />Dated this 14 day of June <br />01111 <br />14 j <br />Arend R.
